   Performance characteristics:

   Suitable for on-site online testing, the instrument is equipped with mounting holes, with mounting holes, which can be   mounted on the

   system to monitor the oil particle pollut ion (cleanliness) of various hydraulic and lubrication systems in real time.

1.The principle of photoresistance method (shading method), with the advantages of fast detection speed, strong anti- interference,

high precision and good repeatability;

2.High precision sensor to ensure high resolution force and accuracy;

3.Precision metering sampling system to achieve constant sampling speed and precise control of sampling volume.

4.Monochrome LCD display, film touch key operation.

5.Built-in NAS1638, ISO4406, GJB420B, GJB420A, ROCT17216 and other particle pollution grade standards, and can be built

according to user requirements required standards.

6.Built in "custom" standard, the particle size can be arbitrarily set at an interval of 0.1μm, and 990 particle sizes can be set to facilitate      particle size analysis.

7.Built-in calibration function can be calibrated according to ISO4402, GB/T18854-2002 (ISO11171:1999), ROCT and other standards.

8.Three calibration curves (ACFTD calibration curve, ISOMTD calibration curve, GOST calibration curve) can be stored at the same

time and can be easily switched to reduce the conversion error.

9.Built-in printer, can directly print out the test report.

10.The instrument can realize continuous automatic online detection, can give the particle number and grade in real time, and can set   the detection interval at will.

11.With flushing function, flushing volume can be set arbitrarily.

12.High strength cast aluminum shell, strong anti-interference, high temperature and   high pressure resistance, strong shell, can be

used in harsh environment.

13.Standard RS232 communication, optional 485 communication, and provide a communication protocol, can be connected to an external computer or host computer to complete the control of the instrument and detection data transmission, storage and processing.
