QJL-2 Automatic counting particle analyzer
The QJL-2 automatic particle size analyzer is a testing instrument used for detecting and analyzing particles in high-concentration and wide particle size ranges. Performance characteristics
1. The sensor adopts two methods: optical blocking and dual-mode. It has a wide detection particle size range and a fast counting rate, ensuring the accuracy of the detection data

4. High precision resolution: With an ultra-high resolution of 0.01m, the Logan fully automatic particle size analyzer has 4096 data channels. A data channel refers to the degree of refinement in dividing the detection range according to particle size. The higher the number of channels, the more refined the division, and the more accurate and reliable the displayed particle distribution data will be.
5. The instrument is convenient and flexible for cleaning. The cleaning time can be freely set, making it easy to clean after testing different concentrations and particle sizes.
6. There is a dedicated sensor cleaning circuit that can directly inject cleaning agent for repeated cleaning.
Software advantages and features
The QJL-2 automatic particle size analyzer is controlled and data collected through serial port by computer software. Therefore, the software is
extremely powerful. The software has the functions of data statistics and analysis, and can calculate the volume factor of the data. The calculation formula and data report comply with the calculation requirements of fat emulsion in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. It also has functions such as data storage, output of different formats reports, as well as permission management, user management, log generation, and electronic fingerprint recognition, meeting the requirements of data integrity and audit trail.
Threshold value
During the calibration of the threshold curve, the highest value is automatically determined. Additionally, it can automatically search within a given range to find the median value, making the calibration values more reasonable and accurate.
Curve superposition
The software test report can superimpose different test curves at will, facilitating users to compare the test results. Especially, the changes such as particle aggregation that occur in the sample at different times can be clearly seen at a glance.
